Endurance training is 90% mental.  Some days it’s just about getting out the door.  It’s also 90% physical, as your legs will tell you after your weekend long run or ride. 

It’s the combination of the two that makes it intriguing. Our role as coaches is to help you unlock your endurance potential. Couch to 5k? Age group goals in the next trail 10k?
